Top Lock Brake Kit for 4" x 2" Wide Casters

This brake kit is designed to fit only on our 4" x 2" & 4" x 2" .  All compatible plate casters part numbers start with a"146" & end either with a "420S" or "420R"; if it's ending has "420SB" OR "420RB", the brake kit is already installed.
